My Own Little Corner of The Internet

Well here it is… My first blog post! As I sit here in the wee hours of the night and look at this blank space I’ve decided to call my own, I’m full of nerves and excitement all at the same time. As a very addicted dedicated blog follower (thanks Snapchat for taking this to a whole new level), I’ve been inspired by so many to just put myself out there in a new way and challenge myself to get real here. No, I wouldn’t say that I have a very interesting life, but entertaining for sure! I hope you can get a kick out of seeing a little glimpse into my crazy, busy, jet-setting life with my husband, sidekick and forever travel parter, Peach. And that if nothing else, I’ll be able to use this space to document our lives together with our bebies (aka pups) Lucy and Lola, the places we like to visit, new adventures, and the people that keep us going, our huge, loving family and biggest support system- our friends. So how did this whole thing come about? Well, after watching my lifelong best friend and business parter, Katie Lee of Pearls & Twirls, master this thing called blogging over the past four years, more and more I’ve thought to myself- “I want to start a blog!” But never really had the guts to do it. It was recently when I attended a blogging conference for work, I realized there really are so many avenues for what people are blogging about these days, and that’s when Peach Love Travel Bug was born. (HUGE shoutout to Julie {Julie Leah: A Life & Style Blog}, Jess {Here & Now} and Katie for helping me pick the perfect blog name!) I want to share little tid-bits about the things Peach and I like to do for fun and also talk a lot about travel and our life-on-the-go! I’d love for this to become a place you might come for ideas on where to vacation, weekend getaways, or even staycations, and that maybe little by little this space can grow into something even more.. maybe even Peach will make some guest blogger appearances?! Ya never know! Never say never, right? 😉 I guess I’ll wrap this up and leave you with a few pictures of some of our travels over the years! If you’re reading this, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
